In accordance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689), we inform you that the Evenly Dialog service ("Service") is powered by artificial intelligence. When you interact with this Service, you are communicating with an AI system, not a human being.

The AI system:

• Generates responses based on the content it has been provided and its underlying language model
• Supports multiple languages for both text and voice interaction
• May occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information
• Does not have access to real-time information beyond its provided content
• Does not make autonomous decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on users

6. Human Oversight

The deployer of the Service (the organization that has integrated Evenly Dialog into their platform) is responsible for human oversight of the AI system's use within their context. 7. Data Processing for AI

To provide AI-generated responses, the Service processes:

• Text inputs: Your typed or transcribed messages are sent to AI language models for processing
• Voice inputs: Audio is converted to text via speech recognition services before AI processing
• Content context: The digital content (website, document) you are asking about

8. AI-Generated Content Marking

All responses provided by the Service are AI-generated. Responses are clearly presented in the conversation interface as originating from the AI assistant, distinct from user messages.

• Receive an explanation of the AI system's role in the interaction
• Request human intervention or contact
• Lodge a complaint with your national market surveillance authority regarding AI systems
