By accessing or using the Evenly Dialog service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Evenly Dialog provides AI-powered conversational interfaces that enable natural-language interaction with digital content such as websites, documents, and images. The Service may include voice and text-based communication features.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Evenly and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The content you interact with through the Service remains the property of its respective owners.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Responses should not be considered as professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise). You are responsible for verifying any information provided through the Service.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evenly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Evenly Dialog offers Free, Starter, Business, and Enterprise subscription plans. Plan features, quotas, and pricing are described on our pricing page. Prices are in EUR and exclude applicable taxes (VAT). VAT is calculated at checkout based on your country of establishment.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected at the time of purchase. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment for the full year at a discounted rate.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on each billing date. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.
You may upgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading mid-cycle, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period at the new plan's rate, less a credit for the unused portion of your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at info@evenly.care within 14 days of the charge.
Paid plans include a service level commitment: Starter 99%, Business 99.5%, Enterprise 99.9% monthly uptime. Uptime is measured as the availability of the core conversation service (widget and telephony endpoints). Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded. If we fail to meet the stated uptime in a calendar month, you may request a service credit equal to 5% of that month's subscription fee per full percentage point below the commitment, up to a maximum of 30% of the monthly fee.
All prices are exclusive of taxes. Applicable VAT or other sales taxes will be added at checkout based on your billing address and tax status. Business customers within the EU may provide a valid VAT identification number to apply the reverse charge mechanism where applicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic (Greece), without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
